Marketing Coordinator 


Location: Atlanta, GA - mostly remote but periodic in office meetings/responsibilities. 

Description:

The Marketing Coordinator will primarily support all efforts related to marketing and ensure consistent and positive branding for The Stepping Stones Group across the company. This individual will contribute to existing marketing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The candidate must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once, meet tight deadlines, and have excellent communication skills. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the marketing department in organizing various projects.  

  • Undertake daily tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities. 

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns via HubSpot, including writing copy, designing templates, and monitoring performance metrics. 

  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of all marketing collateral, including print and digital materials. 

  • Assist with conventions and events by ordering necessary materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery. 

  • Create and distribute engaging social media posts on various platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement. 

  • Respond to reviews on Indeed, Glassdoor, and other relevant platforms to maintain a positive brand image. 

  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.) 

  • Work with other teams/departments to support their marketing efforts. 

  • Assist with other duties/projects as assigned.

 

Skills and Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and inbound marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar). 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication. 

  • Highly Organized and ability to handle multiple projects.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve challenges related to projects. 

  • Demonstrate flexibility and initiative.

  • Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred) Associates/Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.

  • Strong attention to detail. 

  • Graphic design and video experience is a plus.
