Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source, attract, and hire top-quality candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including identifying talent needs, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the roles.
• Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., social media, job boards, networking events, employee referrals) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Provide a great candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and conduct initial interviews and assessments.
• Negotiate job offers and finalize the hiring process.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
• Proficient with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Strong decision-making skills.
