Delviom LLC Looking for a .NET Developer/Technical Lead Consultant serves in the Technical Lead role relevant to Customer or Internal projects and is about ensuring project success through the selection of the appropriate technology to meet the goals of the project.
This is a Contract Position.

8+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (11+ years in total).
Requirements
Must be comfortably proficient with the C# .NET stack with at least 8+ years of professional development experience. Knowledge of the .NET IDE is essential.
Proficient with SPA application development, preferably Vue JS.
Highly Proficient with the concepts around application integration patterns.
Must be highly proficient with building applications using .NET Core (dotnetcore) .
Experience with Typescript, Javascript and JSON is required.
Must be highly proficient with database technology, preferably Microsoft SQL. Experience with Entity Framework and LINQ are a plus.
Must be highly proficient with API design (ex. REST) and development thereof.
Must be proficient with Source Code Version Control systems such as Git .
Must have experience leading small teams (3-6 developers), participation on teams using Agile methodology is a definite plus.
Must be familiar with Azure DevOps, utilizing tools to track code and work using an Agile methodology is essential.
Must have a solid understanding of test strategies and test frameworks in software engineering, such as implementation testing, unit testing, and integration testing to satisfy customer s acceptance criteria.
A background check is required with positive results. Candidate may join the team prior to the background check completion; however, a negative result deems the candidate unable to work on the project.
Work is remote to the customer organization, and accessible via remote access. All work product is produced and retained in the customer environment.
Microsoft Azure development experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
Experience with implementation or development of Tax, HR/Payroll or other related types of systems is a plus.
