This is a special position and unique opportunity for the type of person that loves dealing with clients, work freedom & flexibility, and helping the DRIVE growth of a growing business.
It's a Part-Time Job, 15-25 Hours Per Week.
Responsibilities and Duties - Communicating directly with clients.
- Organizing meetings, ensuring meeting attendance.
- Managing small projects and initiatives to completion.
- Creating process documents.
- Managing billing system, ensuring all clients pay on time.
- Communicate with clients about billing.
- Managing filing system.
- Executive assistant duties, such as but not limited to follow-ups and communication.
- Be able to pay close attention to detail as well as manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- No experience necessary, but preferred.
- Access to cutting edge digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Work directly under successful entrepreneurs and learn what makes a successful small business tick.
- Learn dozens, if not hundreds of the latest digital tools and tricks the best businesses are using.
- Constant, continual learning which will challenge you intellectually at all times.
