QA Engineer - Remote
Remote - Full Time

As a Software QA Engineer, you will be part of a team . You will be flagging bugs and other items that qualify as scope creep or scope deficiency. You will work closely with a team of Ninja Developers, Architects and Project Managers. You will ensure that the quality of our product maintains its high standard and that users continue to have a seamless and positive experience with our software. We can't wait to hear from you!
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering (or equivalent).
- BS in software QA, computer science, software development or related fields.
- Experience with PHP, SQL and other languages is a plus
- Experience with Agile Methodology, ability to drive agile processes as necessary.
- 3+ years software testing experience
- Strong drive, passion for excellence and self-starter attitudes are critical for this role
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Create test plans and test cases
- Execute functional and regression test cases and track defects accordingly
- Assist in deployment verification to production environment
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment
- Ability to create SQL queries to validate application behaviour at the database level
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Selenium (nice to have)
- Knowledge and hands on experience in API testing using Postman (nice to have)
