TELECOMMUTE                                                           LOCATION: Remote, Work From Anywhere


AspireIQ is looking for an experienced B2B community manager to help build and manage our brand community. This is a remote, contract position reporting to the Head of Community with potential to transition to full-time.



Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage our brand community, including planning, creating, sourcing and sharing content, resources, and discussion topics to encourage member engagement.
  • Form and deepen relationships with individual brand community members. Help identify champions and partner with the Marketing team to highlight them.
  • Help grow our brand community while maintaining intimacy and delivering value to all members as we scale.
  • Coordinate and manage brand community events, including regular webinars highlighting our customers and champions.
  • Report on key metrics of success for our brand community efforts and propose strategies to evolve and improve them.
  • Regularly share insights and feedback from the brand community with the AspireIQ team.   


What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years experience as a community manager for a B2B community
  • Experience growing online communities, particularly using Slack
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of social media strategy and platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • A creative mindset, can-do attitude and are excited to help build something
