- Sharpen and shine the What and Why Vision of the product driving to LATOKEN's mission: financial life at fingertips for people's economic freedom.
- Enlighten the road to hit the target with "a single bullet" with OKRs, hypothesis tests, backlog prioritization.
- Detect and eliminate bottlenecks to grow conversions
- Find and scale the best channels to grow users
- Build analytical system and KPIs
- Build product
- Deliver funnel/conversions analytics with insights and action steps
- Research the frontiers of user experience in the market and make clear to the team where we can deliver 10x higher value for the client
- Automate processes and all user data collection and integration
- Provide insights using analytics for product teams where we can deliver 10x higher value and increase conversion and retention
- Set targets and metrics for Payments, User Growth, Trading, Mobile App or LeadGen team
- Make trading KPIs real-time transparent and well-analyzed on a weekly basis
Requirements:
- Has experience of working with required instruments below (SQL, GA, Python, ...).
- Hard worker, enjoys 70+ hours per week
