Our clients operate in a wide variety of industries. No matter the field, they are all dynamic and determined, making our Ninjas’ work vibrant, varied and important. We tailor every match--pairing skills and personality, so both client and Ninja relish the relationship.
At 100Ninjas our Virtual Assistants are members of a community who share tips, offer advice, recommend tools and collaborate on projects when needed; we have each other’s backs. It is a supportive community committed to helping each other be the best that we can be.
Working virtually offers our Ninjas autonomy, location freedom and work/life balance. With a diverse mix of clients including entrepreneurs, c-suite executives, investors, and small businesses, the role is stimulating and inspiring. You'll support your clients in many and varied ways, including managing schedules, tracking expenses, setting up email campaigns, implementing social media plans, researching products and services, and much more. Our Ninjas are never bored.
From the moment you join the 100Ninjas team, you’ll get all the support and resources you need to succeed. And because our Virtual Assistants work one-on-one with clients, you’ll develop strong and fulfilling client relationships.
To join our Ninja team, you are a kick-ass Virtual Assistant who is:
•Computer savvy and able to learn things quickly
•A stellar communicator; both in writing and speaking
•Proactive in nature and project a professional persona and natural confidence
•Excellent at time management and have a keen ability to prioritize work
•Honest, resourceful and highly motivated
•Regularly smiling, even when there is no one else in the room
•Available 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday, EST or PST
