Parker Lynch is seeking a Fair Lending Senior Compliance Analyst for a growing Financial Institution here in the Greater Chicago Area.  This is a rapidly growing organization that is looking to add the team. This role reports to the Compliance Manager and will be involved in a variety of task as it relates to Fair Lending and Mortgage Lending. Dynamic role with a ton of growth potential!

* This position can be 100% remote*

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Compliance Manager with implementation and maintenance of the Bank's Consumer Compliance program

• Conduct regular compliance assessments to test & monitor compliance with banking laws and regulations

• Use internal and external resources to gain greater understanding of practices and processes. Examples of resources are meeting with department leaders, communicating with examiners, and conducting research

• Provide support to the lines of business units regarding development and implementation of new compliance policies and procedures.

• Assist the Compliance Manager during regulatory examinations and external audits

• Maintain current knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations

• Interpret existing and emerging regulations and make procedural recommendations.

• Assist in the reporting on the status of regulatory compliance activities to various internal Bank and external Board Committees

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of compliance experience around residential mortgage operations from small/mid-size/regional bank

• Extensive expereince with Fair Lending compliance as it relates to mortgage loans 
• Consumer Compliance- Reg B, Reg C, Fair Lending, TILA Regs UDAP

• Experience in dealing with regulators; preparing material for exams, answering questions, etc.

• Bachelor’s in Business

• CRCM Certification would be a huge plus

• Experience with loan estimates

• Encompass (mortgage system used) & Fiserv Clear Touch (Bank Deposit Platform) plus but can be trained on these systems

• Strong Soft Skills

• Ability to project manage, dynamic role get exposed to a lot of different areas within the bank (wear many hats)

Salary:  $90K-110K, no bonus
