Description Position
Overview:
The
Customer Service Representative ensures the successful onboarding of new
customers and ensures ongoing integration with existing customers, providing
complete, accurate, and timely schedules, updates and maintains the customer
portfolios. This role also supports any customer inquiries, Field Operations,
and Account Management through the entire inventory cycle. The Customer Service
Representative provides the foundation for all other departments that touch
inventory events, including Operations, Finance, and data processing.
Essential
Responsibilities:

Manages customer-facing elements of the inventory process
+
Manages the needs and expectations of all accounts assigned
+
Establishes, builds, and maintains professional business relationships with
customers
+
Communicates with customers to meet reporting and service expectations
+
Manages service issue resolutions
+
Meets customer deadline expectations
+
Works directly with internal teams to ensure all assigned physical inventory
requests are scheduled/rescheduled in a timely manner
+
Responsible for managing a personal ticket assignment queue (including
following a standard categorization method per ticket)

Provides backup coverage on multiple accounts for other Customer Service
Representatives when they are out of the office

Compiles analytical data from multiple sources into a formal report for
presentation to customers
+
Supports the Account Owner on all customer related responsibilities, as
required
Qualifications Required
Qualifications & Skills:
+
Associate's degree or equivalent project/internship experience
+
One year of related experience
+
The ability to work remotely and effectively with little supervision
+
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
+
Strong multi-tasking skills
+
Ability to think critically and recommend innovative solutions
Preferred
Qualifications & Skills:
+
Bachelor's Degree; a combination of education and experience is also acceptable
+
Oracle experience
