We are looking for someone to master our phones, responsibilities would include making outbound phone calls, leaving voicemails, answering incoming calls and checking missed calls.
You should also be able to help us attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job boards and local community platforms.
Ultimately, the responsibilities are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while continuously growing a strong talent pipeline.
OVERVIEW
- Part-time (10-15 hrs/ wk) to start, transition to full-time
- Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
- Remote (work from home) to start, transition to office in downtown KC
- Must be available to start within 1-2 weeks
- Starting wage $10/hour
- Conduct outbound phone calls to qualified candidates
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Review voicemails and reply to text messages
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools
- Analyze personal performance data and work on improving previous results
- Send appropriate emails or templates to candidates scheduled for interviews
- Update the status of potential candidates in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Fluent with Google Chrome, Google Sheets & Google Drive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable posting on all major social media platforms
- Have a quiet working place, reliable internet access, mobile device and computer
QUALIFICATIONS (priority will be given to candidates who meet this criteria)
- HR/Marketing/Business post-secondary education
- Experience in recruitment, outbound phone calling, sales or marketing
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
