RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Understanding clients’ businesses, and the problems they’re asked to solve

• Translating client business goals into intelligent user experience recommendations

• Collaborating with other creatives, strategists, and developers to deliver a flawless product

• Developing content layout and hierarchy with pixel perfect visual appearance and usability design

• Working with copywriters and digital strategists to develop strategically driven visual solutions

• Proactively identifying needs and potential issues—thinking ahead

• Performing maintenance and design updates to existing sites and CMS platforms

• Juggling multiple assignments easily

SKILLS & TALENTS:

• Strong understanding of UX design systems and being thoughtful to ramifications to development/programming and responsive design

• Strong knowledge of current UX design trends and usability research

• Strong understanding of information architecture, sitemaps, and wireframing

• Proficiency in multiple design software, including Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Proficiency with timeline-based animations/banners is a plus

• Front-end development capability is a plus

• User testing experience is a plus

• After Effects capability is a plus

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating design for websites and mobile experiences across multiple platforms

• 3+ years of hands on experience in UX design

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Design/marketing/advertising agency experience preferred
