We are looking for an SEO & Digital Content Marketing manager with a deep understanding of google algorithms to develop a full SEO strategy from the ground up. You will be responsible for hiring and training your SEO team.

We need to drive top 5 rankings for competitive terms (50k/mo+) keywords that are high value high competition.

• Research and develop overarching content strategies using SEO keyword research software and tools to drive increasing amounts of high quality traffic to keyword-competitive websites

• Execute content strategies by training and managing a content team, ensuring high quality output via attention to detail and strong hiring and training guidelines

• Rank “money keywords” rapidly via creative link building and content marketing techniques, which have proven successful as measured by increasing traffic and conversions

• Experiment with A/B testing to ensure CMS and home page content and calls to action are optimized to obtain the highest revenue possible

• Use Ahrefs, and Google Webmaster Tools to analyze our websites’ backlinks to disavow spam and develop link building strategies based on competitor profiles

You will lead teams that get stuff done, and create scalable hiring processes to help the company blast off while maintaining a tightly-run marketing outfit that drives significant traffic to our website.
