Contract- 2-3months
Location-FULLY REMOTE PST HOURS (Roughly 40 hours per week)

Expert in Photoshop, to be able to crop, resize, create seamless adjustments to an image
Expert in Mac software and ecosystem
Understanding of web markup, including HTML, CSS, and image mapping buttons
Quickly adapt and learn new software

-Candidates will work from home within normal Pacific business hours
-Must be online during the day as if working onsite at customer location
-All required technology will be provided to the team.
-Looking for experienced graphics editors to help process screens for a web-based software simulator of a native Apple software application
-Must be comfortable in an all Apple ecosystem including, but not limited to, iMac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, etc

While there is no foreign language requirement-candidate will be responsible for capturing and editing screens in several languages in addition to English including Japanese, Chinese, French, and Portuguese from already translated software. The translated screen captures get strung together within the simulator in the same order as the English version. Therefore, the candidate must be comfortable working with foreign languages as design elements (without, necessarily, being able to read them).

Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
Comfortable working on a high-stress, quick turn-around, multiple deadline project.
It is imperative that candidate must be able to work fast while maintaining ATTENTION to detail. Each image must be pixel perfect and many will need minor editing or modification. We will be processing thousands of images.
Part of candidates duties will include adding interactivity to images using a proprietary software tool.
Candidate must be able to quickly learn new software.
The learning curve for this process is intense and candidate must be able to understand and implement new techniques, and use new software quickly.
Candidate must be available from 8am to 6pm (PST). Will allow some flexible hours, and may require possible overtime and weekends.

Duties will include the following:
Provide high-quality (pixel perfect) deliverables
Take screenshots of software in English, Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese, French
Use Photoshop to edit screenshots (the same way in each language)
Resize images
Stitch multiple screenshots together to simulate scrolling or other movement
Fix or Edit screenshots
Maintain graphic standards
Have a pixel perfect attention to detail
Remove or amend certain on-screen data
Use proprietary software to add interactivity and build a simulation of the original software
Import images into software
Overlay image maps as invisible buttons
Link buttons to new screen
This software is new and does not have extensive documentation
Candidate will be given hands-on training on how to use the software
Work in an All Mac environment
File and asset management in a shared server Mac environment
Work on secure computers using a VPN

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree, with a major in Design preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience working as a designer or web designer in a corporate / industry setting (either in-house or as a freelancer)
Ability to self-manage with minimal direction
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Extremely resourceful
Excellent attention to detail is a must
Effective problem solving skills required
Use sound critical thinking skills and maintain composure in stressful situations
