Matter Supply Co is a digital product studio where we get to champion worthy ideas and the people that make them. You'll find most of us in Portland, Ore, and Medellīn, Colombia, or at our small outposts in Brooklyn, Boise, Albuquerque, and Miami. Each day we get to work with best-in-class brands like Nike and Impossible Foods. Our relentless passion for our clients has also made us the go-to for early-stage and rapid growth start-ups and organizations within the Black Lives Matter and Immigrants Rights movements. In the end, we want to use our craft to leave the world a little better than we found it and to light a beacon for folks hoping to do the same.

Creating great digital products requires close collaboration as a team and with our clients. We believe the best work comes out of curiosity and conversations that lead to rapid progress through iteration. Our teams work closely together through hands-on participation at all product stages–from kickoff to concept to design and development, all the way to launch and beyond–every member of our teams plays a critical role in each phase.

- Our work with our clients is focused exclusively on making great digital products
- You'll play a key role in concepting and defining a vision for the product that puts people at the center and then lead design to bring it to life
- Lead and collaborate with the team on concepts, user flows, visual design, and prototypes
- Work with attention to detail and provide an essential voice during all project phases

What we're looking for
- Proven ability to propose creative concepts during initial project phases and the ability to deliver on those ideas and the ideas of others through detailed design
- A history full of solving complex UX problems and the product strategy chops to deliver best-in-class visual design solutions
- A keen eye to reveal and use business opportunities along with user behaviors that create impactful products
- The ability to effectively read the room when presenting your work–knowing when to zoom out to the abstract or dive into the details
- Comfort with a highly iterative, collaborative environment where people share work daily
- Really really really good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- Expertise and flexibility when using modern design (Figma), collaboration (Miro), and prototyping (we like a few of them) tools
