Our client is looking for a UX Designer with Sitecore experience. This is a long-term contract and requires the candidate to be a United States Citizen. You can work this position remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Pay Rate: $84 to $89 per hour (W-2, non-benefited)
Description:
•Establish, champion a UX and User-Centered Design philosophy to peers & key stakeholders.
•Plan opportunities to evolve brand presence, maximize visibility of web channels
•Lead the translation complex information into visual solutions, build web architecture/wireframe, design appealing and attractive concepts ready for implementation
•Create, oversee new web design, development concepts of high complexity, outside established templates
•Charts creation of new, future model concepts & development efforts of all digital web projects, often at the program level, incl branding campaign systems, web platform design systems & new template designs for primary deliverable types
•Partners with Product Owner, Solution Architect & Digital Team Lead to deliver a tangible product vision & development path forward
•Develop insights based on usage data, contextual inquiry, voice of the customer, card sorting & other common user experience practices
•Lead UX design, testing in an Agile build/measure/learn process
•Develop interactive mock-ups and prototypes using tools, such as Adobe XD & Figma
•Work with developers, project managers, product managers, business owners other internal teams to successfully get your designs into production
•Work with project teams to translate insights into project stories and tasks Ability to work on several projects simultaneously is a key requirement.
•This is a fully remote position-EST preferred
Required Skills:
•Advanced understanding of front-end development code, SiteCore, design techniques, tools, responsive & mobile practices
•Exhibits an advanced understanding of content strategy, user experience design, accessibility & how they drive digital strategy
•Provides expert guidance, strategic counsel to key stakeholders & IT partners
