Software Sales and Marketing Executive

Job description

Idea Elan LLC is one of the fastest-growing Enterprise Software product companies is seeking target-oriented Sales and Marketing executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, tech-savvy with sales and marketing skills to demo software online through Zoom or WebEx. Candidates who have prior experience in digital marketing, online software demonstration, and training have a big plus. Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment while keeping a positive attitude.

Job Type: Part-time /Full-time

Location: Work from home (within the US)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell enterprise SaaS software through Zoom.
  • Digitally Market our products through several marketing tools.
  • Online Customer Support/Training through Zoom and WebEx with some onsite travel required.
  • Online demo of our software product to acquire new customers.
  • Listen and understand the customer's needs and provide knowledgeable feedback.
  • Build relationships with clients and provide issue resolution in a timely manner.
  • Log and track software issues using the Zendesk application.
  • Assist sales team with RFPs and online demos

Required Experience and Qualification:

  • 2-3 years of software sales experience.
  • 2-3 years of end-user software support and/or training experience required
  • Ideal to have experience using any software product.
  • Experience in MS Office, Zoom, WebEx, Zendesk or any other customer support ticket software.
  • Ability to work in a team environment managing multiple tasks at one time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Should be tech-savvy and be willing to learn new software.
  • No programming knowledge is required.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
