As the Content Writer of our team, you'd be responsible for:
- Content Creation: Writing high-value, compelling blog articles that generate large flows of organic traffic and attract our avatar client to our properties and ultimately, our community.
- Email Marketing: Writing high-performing emails (high deliverability, open rates, and click through rates) that drive our lists to read and engage with our content.

- You have experience writing content in the personal development industry, and ideally in the dating, business, health and coaching industries as well (you must have experience in the personal development niche and at least one other of our divisional niches to be considered).
- You have a proven track record of producing direct response email copy that converts.
- You understand great content -- you know the difference between genuinely high-value content pieces and "fluff" articles (and only produce the former).
- You're mission driven to make a positive impact on the planet and have non-negotiable commitment to exceeding goals and objectives to serve this mission
- You are able to produce consistently high quality and creative copy during high volume time (we are a busy, fast-growing company and team).
- You are a student of writing, direct response copywriting and marketing! You continually study copywriting and marketing greats to hone your skills, instincts and intuition.
- You're a master of "voice" - you've written in multiple different voices, for different brands and niches, and will be able to write content and email copy in multiple distinct voices each day.
- You're a storyteller - you have the ability to tell engaging and inspiring stories that capture your audience and move them emotionally while infusing these stories with direct response strategies to drive conversions.
- You're enthusiastically seeking a full time position and you are looking forward to dedicating your focus to our team.

Required Experience & Proficiencies:
- 2+ years experience writing content and copy in multiple niches/voices
- Experience writing in the personal development and coaching niches
- Experience writing in the dating, health and business niches is a big plus.
- Access to high speed internet (capable of handling regular video calls), a dedicated and distraction free work space and able to meet all requirements of this role while working remotely.
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Asana Task Management System (or similar + ability to learn immediately)
- Google Apps - Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive
- Communication Tools - Google Meet, Skype, Zoom
- Research Tools - Keyword Planner, Google Trends, BuzzSumo, Facebook Insights, SEO tools, Amazon, YouTube, etc.

Compensation:
This position is a full time, remote, salaried position. Compensation Range is 52k - 58k annually and based on experience and qualifications.
