Goals

We call this position a "Success Champion."

Your mission as our Success Champion will consist of helping our photobooth owners succeed with their photobooths and our other products.

  • Increase software adoption rate.
  • Reduce incoming ticket count by 2% month over month.

Acts

  • Understand and answer all customer support questions using your personable nature
  • Educate your team members about products, while independently keeping your own technical know-how up to date
  • Increase customer delight through extraordinary customer service
  • Demonstrate empathy through verbal and written responses
  • Monitor and respond to Facebook posts about technical support matters
  • Lead customers towards the right products, upsell, and/or help schedule a call with our sales team
