For this position, we are looking for candidates located in the United States and Canada.
We Need…
The Senior Analyst will join the Implementation team and champion the delivery of reliable storefronts. You will audit, educate, and implement GTM and GA on for our customer’s PWA (progressive web application) storefronts. You will need to understand the challenges and nuances of analytics for PWAs.
We’re looking for individuals with a track record of driving successful GTM & GA implementations and delivering high quality results. In this role, you will need to be a self-starter and help lay the foundation for analytics at Shogun Frontend. You will need to be an expert at navigating within a fast paced environment. You will play a key role in designing a standard approach for tackling analytics on our storefronts.
In This Role You Will...
- Facilitate a successful storefront launch by owning the analytics implementation
- Understand customer and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals
- Audit customer Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager implementations and provide suggestions for improvement. In some instances, implement the improvements.
- Build reports that analyze site performance including GA segmentation analysis.
- Develop and execute A/B tests
- QA GTM/GA implementation to ensure data quality
- Communicate data analytics strategy, changes, and impactful trends to leadership
- Ultimately, deliver products that Shogun clients love
Skills You Have
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working inside Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Professional experience designing and measuring effectiveness of A/B tests
- Comfortable building presentations with actionable insights for customers
- Experience with React or JSX is a plus
- Awareness of the wider Digital Marketing space, including Paid Search, SEO, social and some Digital Marketing strategy
- Experience visualizing data to communicate analysis with stakeholders in Google Analytics
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Quantitative and analytical decision-making skills
