BitPay, the world’s oldest blockchain payment processor is seeking a data-driven and creative marketing leader to develop, lead, and execute BitPay’s Search Engine and App Store optimization strategies for the company’s consumer cryptocurrency products. This will be a critical marketing role whose main focus is to drive consumers to the BitPay site and app via organic channels. This person will also be an integral member of the marketing team for our consumer business unit and they will drive/execute keywords, metadata, referral and traffic. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage SEO/ASO efforts
- Coordinate with product and development to improve traffic to the web and app via SEO and ASO
- Establish KPIs, methodology and measurement around organic traffic goals to the consumer site and app
- Research and optimize for link building
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategy
Requirements:
- 4-6+ years of SEO and/or ASO experience, app experience a plus
- Experience in a highly data-driven marketing organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Deep experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Majestic, Moz, Buzzstream, Botify, Bright Edge, Google Search Console and/or SEM Rush
- A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility, proficiency, and proven success delivering measurable marketing results on a global scale.
- Ability to manage time and multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
- Bachelor’s degree required
