ITJuana is seeking accomplished Sales Account Executives with at least 7 years of successful enterprise level services sales experience to join our Commercial Team and spearhead our growth. As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a critical role in executing pro-active sales activities to convert suspects into prospects & clients. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our Commercial Team and get rewarded for success!


Role Description:


  • Attain quarterly and annual bookings/revenue targets established from annual commission plans.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximize bookings and revenue.
  • Develop and manage key relationships with new and existing customers at multiple organizational levels.
  • Execute the end-to-end sales cycle … from new client demand creation, deal pursuit/management through to contract closure.
  • Be the face of ITJuana to the market, help position ITJuana as an industry leader and trusted partner.
  • Represent the company at relevant trade shows.
  • Promote, present and sell services using solid value-based arguments, to prospective clients.
  • Provide complete and appropriate client solutions that boost ITJuana revenue growth and profitability.
  • Maintain CRM with up to date information.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of delivering financial targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • 7+ years of success in B2B sales, selling technology professional services (with nearshore software engineering services sales being a big plus).
  • Experience in creatively 'opening doors' for new clients and opportunities.
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented, driven and experienced in networking with and influencing decision-makers.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fast learner and passionate for sales.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in creating and delivering attractive presentations.
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up/ change oriented environment.
  • Must be familiar with CRM business practices.
  • Must be highly motivated, organized, flexible, and service-oriented.
  • Advanced English level.
