Director of Sales & Marketing - Job Description

Responsibilities:


* Minimum of 10+ years of software consulting sales experience selling to C-Suite.

* Strong experience selling software consulting services and solutions.

* Prior experience in marketing B2B software consulting services to create lead generation.

* Work closely with founders to develop methodologies, strategies, and processes to accomplish revenue goals and other sales-related work.

* Meet or exceed sales quota commits to the founders within 15%.

* Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy , marketing plans and lead generation strategies.

* Hire, train and lead a high performing remote sales and marketing teams.

* Player/Coach mentality - you will find and close deals as you ramp up your team.

* Implement a 'lean start-up' growth hacking culture of constant experimentation and learning.

* Work with Product and Engineering teams for pre-sales and solution creation based on key customer needs.

* Adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth technology business.

* Build a robust and accurate revenue pipeline and forecast.


Qualifications:

* Minimum of 7+ years of software sales experience selling to C-Suite.

* Strong experience selling software solutions.

* Prior experience in marketing B2B software services to create lead generation.

* Bachelor's degree in Business, technology, or related field.

* Experience in a management role within the software industry.

* Strong business and financial acumen especially margins, cost, service, and cash management.

* Experience to let you hit the ground running

* Self-motivated, results-driven, and an action-oriented person who gets results and doesn't complain.

* A Pragmatic Problem Solver with the ability to digest complex problems, and develop practical solutions and actions to overcome them.

* Estimated travel 30% after the Pandemic.
