On The Map, Inc. is a search marketing agency that has seen 30% revenue growth in the last two years resulting in $5m yearly revenue and they are not planning to stop. Even more, they have set extremely ambitious goals to triple their revenue by 2023 reaching the $15m+ yearly revenue mark.
How are they planning to get there?
The answer is simple, we’re looking for a superstar SEO director (You!) to take over and scale the onthemap.com website’s inbound lead generation efforts. You’ll be provided all necessary resources, starting from link-building teams/vendors across to web developers, content writers, etc. Your job duties will include SEO strategy creation, content calendar management, link-building campaign/vendor management, and overall SEO team management and development.

Here are the skills we’re looking for:
- Website SEO content auditing and strategy development
- Experienced performing in-depth backlink analysis
- Offsite SEO strategy development
- Technical SEO skills to pin-point areas of improvement and coordinate necessary work execution
- Experienced coordinating editorial teams, web designers, and developers to develop high-quality content
- Experienced hiring vendors for necessary task execution
- Experienced hiring and managing SEO teams
- Experienced ranking websites for “digital marketing” niche keywords (Nice to have!)
- Experienced with domain redirects (Nice to have!)
