TELECOMMUTE Location: Remote, India
Due to continual growth and new clients, we are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join a software house based in the East Midlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Business Analyst who wants to join an established company.
We need a Business Analyst who is happy challenging and managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders helping to find the best way to add value to their solution.
Responsibilities and Duties- 1-3 years' experience in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and video
- Degree or equivalent (Comp science, Business information systems, Business management etc.)
- Experience with SQL and/or C#
- Demonstrable experience of writing user stories and translating business requests
Personal qualities
- Working closely with our other designers and developers to produce optimal solutions.
- Working closely with colleagues to constantly innovate, design and develop the way we do things, improving performance, quality and re-usability across products and projects.
- Understand in depth our customer/ user needs and aspirations based on exploring and defining product requirements.
- Proactive attitude to the identification of solutions to address customer requirements and win - win solution
- Must be able to work on/manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-managed and proactive, comfortable working in an environment with constant changing of priorities and tasks
