• Accurately Track & Measure Performance Metrics: Own the process for determining KPIs, designing methods for measurement and tracking them across all relevant platforms and systems.
• Collect, Organize & Integrate Data Efficiently: Engineer scalable processes for data collection, organization and storage required to produce requested data insights and reporting in a timely manner.
• Design & Produce Intuitive Reports: Develop intuitive and easy to understand reporting that provides high level data required for making decisions along with the details and context necessary to paint the full picture.
• Analyze Performance & Recommend Opportunities: Utilize an in-depth understanding of our data and client avatars to derive insights, deepen understanding of our clients, discover opportunities and collaborate on growth strategies.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 3+ years experience as a Marketing Analyst (or equivalent title) working in digital marketing to track, measure, organize and interpret data to provide reporting, analysis and recommendations based on that data.
• Deep understanding of marketing/advertising subjects such as attribution models, conversion tracking, audience creation and segmentation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking.

Specific Marketing tracking, measurement and analysis of:

• Paid media such as paid social, paid video, paid search and display advertising (and able to work within related platforms).
• Earned and owned media such as organic social, content marketing, SEO and email marketing.
• Affiliate marketing: Setting up and maintaining tracking for key metrics
• Familiarity with split testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, etc.) a plus.

Technical Expertise

• Excellent knowledge of statistical packages, databases and mastery level proficiency with Excel formulas, pivot tables and advanced data techniques
• Posses search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
• Gather and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it (e.g.; SQL queries, PhP, Python)
• Familiarity with UX heat mapping tools (CrazyEgg, Hotjar, etc.) a plus.

Experience with the following platforms/systems:

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Earned Google Analytics Individual Qualification (or willingness to obtain in first 90 days).
• Automation platforms (InfusionSoft, HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, etc.).
• One or more data visualization tools (iDashboards, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, etc.).
• Project/Task Management System (Asana or similar + ability to learn immediately)
• Google Apps - Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive
• Communication Tools - Google Meet, Skype, Zoom

Compensation:
This position is a full time, remote, salaried position. Compensation based on experience and qualifications. Salary range is $68,000 - $74,000 annually.
