Most important:
- Solid and extensive experience in Java development
- Experience with Shell scripting
- Experience with Web services (JSON-RPC)
- Demonstrable experience developing microservices in Spring Boot
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g Cassandra/MongoDB)
- Experience using Apache Kafka
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code
Nice to have:
- Understanding of AWS services
- In depth understanding of Event Streams
- Authentication/Authorization experience
- Experience working remotely
- Familiar/involved with open source projects
