This is a rare opportunity to join our team at the beginning of a new mission, as we look to redefine how people find and buy homes on a national and eventually international scale. We are rethinking today's generic home search experience and creating a set of next-generation tools that will help millions of people around the world find and buy their next home. Responsibilities
- Work with teams to deliver awesome, fun, engaging, and reliable solutions.
- Report to the Director of Application Engineering to help drive strategy, architecture, and development of software solutions.
- Create clear, concise written deliverables that communicate needs and allow the teams to successfully execute ideas in an asynchronous environment.
- Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects and initiatives.
- Run daily standups to determine progress and address blockers.
- Manage kanban boards to ensure that project tasks are properly documented and address goals and requirements.
- Ensuring all project expectations are fulfilled to ensure maximum compliance with product’s vision and engineering capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience with kanban and agile methodologies.
- 2+ years of experience doing technical project management.
- PMP certification or equivalent experience.
- Able to work in a fully remote environment
- Excellent written communication skills.
