Our client, a perpetually growing software vendor in the affiliate marketing space, is looking to add a JavaScript Developer with strong skills in Node.js to their ranks. The candidate will be working on their flagship product, engaging on code refactors and new feature development, which is made up of Angular 8 frontend components and deployed serverlessly to AWS using Lambdas. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of vanilla JavaScript or Typescript and be keen to develop their skills across the stack.
The client offer an extremely flexible approach to work, allowing employees to get their work delivered at a time and place to suit them. Whether it be that you need a few hours in the middle of the day for an appoinment or to work abroad for a couple of weeks - their flexibile approach empowers individuals to work their job aroun their life, not the other way round. That said, you can expect to meet up on occasion for face-to-face meetings in either their Bath or London office and at company socials!
- Demonstrable experience with Node.js
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript
- Working knowledege of GraphQL, Apollo, Angular 7,8/React
- TDD/BDD
- Knowledge of AWS Deployments would be a benefit
