Now, we are looking to add an impressive Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to own and develop our marketing analytics and insights program.

What?

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing data & analytics and will play a key role in influencing demand generation strategy. Responsibilities will span across data collection, normalization, attribution, report development & automation, insights, optimization, and forecasting. This is a cross-functional leadership role working primarily with sales and marketing to develop and drive best-of-breed insights discovery designed to supercharge business outcomes across our marketing channels.

Your role

As the owner of Omnipresent’s marketing data & analytics, you will report to the Head of Demand Generation, working closely to evolve and mature our data-driven marketing strategies. You will transform large datasets from disparate and complex systems, generate actionable insights and share the results with stakeholders at all levels of the company. You will support and lead projects with marketing and partnerships, sales, customer success and other enterprise-level teams. This role manages a small team of analysts that is expected to grow to meet the needs of the business.

Overview

  • Develop and monitor KPIs and A/B tests, and analyze historical data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop data-informed and visually-pleasing cross-channel reports and dashboards to showcase the impact of marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Experience with applied statistics, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, predictive modeling, financial modeling, etc
  • Deep understanding of identity management, attribution modeling, TAM analysis, media mix modeling, customer journey mapping, and forecasting
  • Familiarity with data warehouse development and data management best practices
  • Lead the development of Marketing Analytics into a powerhouse resource for supporting the growth of Omnipresent’s business
  • Support the growth of nascent functions such as partnerships by modeling scenarios for different partner pricing and segmentation

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics with at least 5 years in marketing analytics
  • 2+ years leading teams and managing direct reports
  • Expertise with data management and visualization tools like Tableau, Data Studio, Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.
  • Knowledge of API and programming languages like Python, R
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Deep understanding of how to use web analytics data from Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or comparable platforms to inform optimizations across marketing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of urgency
  • Self-motivated & team-oriented
  • A desire to challenge yourself to grow personally and professionally
  • English fluency and excellent written English

Nice to have

  • BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or related technical field
  • Ability to understand and analyze datasets required for machine learning and AI algorithms
  • Experience with customer data platforms like segment, amplitude and looker as well
  • Experience working in early-stage startups
