About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our Clinical Operations Team. As a Clinical Operations Project Manager at Cerebral, you will assume major responsibilities within high visibility projects related to building Cerebral’s core clinical operations as we scale rapidly.
This individual will be responsible for end to end project management, facilitated by our project management platform Asana, including accountability to deliverable deadlines, tracking metrics for success, and delivering developed processes in the form of Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate is a fast learner, takes initiative, and works collaboratively across teams. Key responsibilities of the Clinical Operations Project Manager include:
- Developing new standardized, scalable processes and workflows
- Supporting the design of dashboards and analyzing performance data to utilize in driving forward key initiatives
- Supporting roll out of new processes and workflows, and measuring success
- Project managing clinical initiatives and driving stakeholder engagement, progress and change management
- Bachelors degree and 2+ years project management experience, preferable in healthcare or management consulting
- Expert in project planning process, materials and workflows
- Detail-oriented multitasker
- Clear written communicator
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams through project work
- Advanced proficiency using a computer and ability to learn how to use new computer programs quickly
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment a plus
