We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager, a newly created role at YAZIO with the main responsibility to manage and lead high-priority marketing projects. As a member of the marketing team, you will work directly with the VP of Marketing. Additionally, you will be the bridge between product teams, customer service and other departments across the organization to help skyrocket YAZIO’s presence within the nutrition and fitness market! Your mission
- Manage and lead our most important marketing related projects across various departments, serving as the bridge between marketing, product, development and other teams
- Provide regular status updates and reportings to all stakeholders and improve the operational efficiency of your projects
- Monitor and analyze project metrics and trigger improvements for existing processes to increase quality and speed
- Enable transparent and active communication among all stakeholders in and outside the core team of the project
- Always keep up to date with current trends in project management and contribute ideas, knowledge and methods to continuously develop your expertise
- Supervise projects such as the planning, management and measurement of the success of marketing campaigns with a 7-figure budget, including briefings across departments and external parties (e.g. marketing agencies)
Your profile
- MUST-HAVE: Strong affinity for internet and mobile technology
- 3+ years of experience working in the field of digital marketing and/or project management, ideally working in cross-functional teams
- A degree in marketing, business administration or similar fields (preferably with a focus on project management)
- Excellent knowledge and skills of agile frameworks like scrum and process method via kanban
- Passionate about taking over and managing marketing-related projects from scratch, planning through to the execution and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English
- You love to motivate and create spirit throughout the whole project, inside and outside the marketing team
- Detail and goal-oriented with an independent work ethic
- Interest in fitness and nutrition a plus
- Experience with Notion or project management tools in general is a plus
