As our first project manager focused on internal engineering delivery, you will help amplify the culture of delivery by focusing on a few critical areas:

Agile – A coach that leverages agile principles with a practical lens

Project Status – Project status, tracking, risk identification, mitigation plans and communications. 

Metrics – Build transparency by focusing on tracking and reporting on key organizational metrics.  

Tooling – Build “tools” and reports to automate the tracking of the above items. 

Responsibilities and Duties
What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaboratively define, drive and report on key metrics in support of organizational objectives
• Working with the engineering team, identify bottlenecks, define solutions and implement changes accelerating organizational velocity.
• Coach engineering management and teams members on agile practices through documentation and training 
• Ensure that systems and tools are in place in support of the above goals
• Play a critical part in the organization and execution of roadmap planning sessions

What You Bring to Reify Health

• An agile practitioner who knows both Scrum and Kanban
• You have a meticulous attention to detail
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills 
• Understands and can execute the art of change management 
• Effective at simple straightforward communication of project status, risks and mitigation strategies to senior management.
• Technically proficient at building dashboards and reports that show progress towards key metrics, including the ability to understand and analyze the meanings of those trends.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and configuring JIRA in support for agile delivery
• Ideally a A former techy who can effectively read between the lines to identify project risks
