We build our own products that customers love, and our Product Reviews app is Shopify’s number 1 ranked app with over 7000 five star app reviews.
Over 130K shops actively use our software in 140+ countries, who altogether fulfil over 35 million orders every month, which generates over 1 million verified buyer reviews per month.
Our team of 42 is international and well diversified, with offices located in London (HQ), Saigon, Lima and Casablanca.
Requirements:
- Confident in communicating design ideas and the logic of the pages/flows designed (Important)
- Proficiency with design software like Figma (Important), Webflow, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Flowmapp
- Familiarity with solving complex design problems and staying current with emerging UX/UI trends and technologies.
- Experience with designing admin interfaces (SaaS)
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, visual designs, mobile-view and desktop prototypes, as well as clear logical thinking
- A well-developed sense of composition and color
- Strong presentation and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Product design thinking to design products that people love
Responsibilities:
- Participate in analyzing product requirements and product planning to understand the company products.
- Work with software engineers and QA to deliver logical and feasible designs
- Conduct UX research to understand the users who are either our customers or internal users
- Implement and follow the design process to make sure we always have the design ready before the development
- Present visual designs to peers and stakeholders
- Work with marketing team to design marketing & branding materials for marketing campaigns

Further information:
Salary range: £32,000-38,000
Location: Old Street, London
Schedule: Monday-Friday. Hybrid working. We meet in the office 2 days a week (currently Monday and Thursday), we work from home the other 3 days.
