About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join the team. In this role you will focus on identifying, pursuing, and attracting world-class talent. In your role, you will:
- Work closely with teams to identify their hiring needs
- Drive all aspects of recruiting: strategy, sourcing, vetting, selling, coordinating, negotiating, and closing
- Create and ensure an amazing experiences for our candidates from the initial outreach to their first day at Silo
- Handle general HR responsibilities
About you
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience at a high-growth company, start-up, or a recruiting agency
- You have recruited for a range of roles including Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Growth
- Previous experience designing or advising on the end-to-end candidate lifecycle
- Experience in a modern applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Excellent communication skills

- Cash Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 / Year
