About the role

To do this, we'll need clear and concise content that tells our users what they need to know, when they need to know it. As a Content Designer at Car Next Door, you'll design and optimise content journeys across our apps and supporting channels. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, analysts and engineers to clarify and simplify the information needed to have a great car-sharing experience.

As a Content Designer at Car Next Door, you'll design and optimise content journeys across our apps and supporting channels. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, analysts and engineers to clarify and simplify the information needed to have a great car-sharing experience.
In this role, you’ll be:
- Using your writing and UX skills to craft copy that simplifies the complexity of peer-to-peer car sharing
- Mapping content journeys across platforms and channels to deliver information when users need it and how they expect it
- Analysing feedback, research insights, and data to continually optimise content to meet usability goals
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver consistent content across all touchpoints
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to bring:
- 3+ years of content design or UX writing experience
- A proven record of communicating complex concepts, ideally in the tech industry
- An ability to manage priorities of multiple projects and focus your efforts on the highest value work
- Empathy for our diverse car-sharing community and team
