tl;dr - we are a small but growing team looking for a part-time support representative to guide and assist our customers.

Description
Buildr is a construction-specific CRM (customer relationship management) platform. 

We (Ed, Mike, and Caleb) founded the company 5 years ago to help construction companies be more successful. We saw there was a huge need in construction to more effectively grow their businesses.

So far we’ve been proven right and have grown to hundreds of customers that use our product to support their business development teams. We want to expand on this success by continually adding products and features that our customers love. 

Role Overview
Buildr is looking for a part-time customer support representative to join our team. The customer support representative will offer support to our clients over chat and email for our CRM and Closeout products. This person will collaborate with the product and customer success team on issues and will report to the Manager of Customer Support.


What you'll be working on:
  • Answer clients over Intercom chat and email. Help them learn the ins and outs of Buildr, walk them through issues from start to finish, and provide resources to them from our help center for further assistance when needed
  • Assist with product direction by tagging conversations
  • Report bugs and client feedback to our product team
  • Work with the manager of customer support to make sure clients are heard, valued, and supported in their use of Buildr products

Requirements
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate clearly over chat in a manner that is empathetic, personable, professional, and fun
  • Technical aptitude - ability to use Google suite, Slack, and web/mobile applications
  • Consistent work schedule - availability for Thursday/Friday from 9am to 5pm PST is required. Other days might be available for work as well.

Salary
  • $17 - $23 per hour
