Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional design experience
- Have significant experience leading and/or owning the design of specific products or projects required
- Portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex problems, comprehension of fundamental development frameworks, and your visual design skills
- Ability to clearly articulate design solutions to key stakeholder groups, ranging from Product Management to Engineering, driving B2B product initiatives
- Create designs, prototypes and artifacts to facilitate user testing and apply learnings to designs
- Work with the product design and front-end engineering team to launch a design system to be used within the consumer product ecosystem
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure visual quality and finesse of the product and user experience
- Regularly solicit feedback from your peers, including other product designers, business partners and teammates in your product team
- Both an invaluable collaborator and autonomous -- you know how to communicate productively with teammates at all levels and take ownership of every detail of your work
