Implementation Project Manager

We’re looking to add a talented Implementation Project Manager to help us accelerate the future of remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for owning client implementation projects from start to finish (pre and post-sales). From initial scoping, outlining with the Development team, confirming consensus from all stakeholders, and working towards a final solution and timeline - you will be in charge of providing full project management as well as a smooth execution of all initiatives in order to ensure Customer Success and Retention.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own all assigned client project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
  • Maintain clear documentation for all stakeholders to reference throughout the project
  • Keep TD teams and clients accountable and up to date on due dates and items moving through the queue
  • Obtain sign-off from Product Managers and key stakeholders on due dates (initial pilot, full deployment, etc.)
  • Identify and solve complex process and technology-related problems during the rollout process through methodologies that rely on best practice as much as creative thinking
  • Clearly communicate the status of all projects, issues with implementation, and solutions
  • Manage the project plan and timelines of the project, reporting status and identify risks to management
  • Manage customer and internal resources to drive toward project milestones and overall project execution
  • Participate in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the user, to ensure customer needs are met
  • Communicate functionality and technical concepts to non-technical/technical users, alike

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical decisions and their rationales to business unit stakeholders and development teams and be able to navigate through conflicting opinions
  • Gain the trust of everyone involved in assigned projects
  • Effectively influence team members to complete their tasks on time and follow project management guidelines/channels
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Experience rolling out enterprise-level transformative software implementations
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, team-based globally distributed environment; experience working in an international environment desired
  • Ability to properly scope requirements, identify tasks, and determine the level of effort
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, written, problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and self-managing and able to work independently
  • Manage multiple projects, backlog, and timeline
  • 3+ years in a client-facing software implementation project management capacity at a SaaS Software company or consulting firm
  • Technical understanding of the SaaS tech stack is a must
  • Deep experience utilizing Project Management tools (Asana & Jira)
