About this role

We are looking to hire a Senior Brand Designer to help us tell compelling visual stories. Tribe is going through an exciting rebrand, and this Brand Designer will play an integral role in bringing our new brand to life. The marketing designer works at the intersection of creativity, marketing, and data. This role will be a part of the marketing team and closely partner with the product team to thoughtfully design and execute a variety of digital experiences that will delight our customers and prospects. Think of this as a natural extension of the product team when it comes to the design language. You’ll be part of an important stage of our customer experience and be involved primarily at the beginning of our customers’ journey - from education and conversion to onboarding.

As our Marketing Designer, you will:

  • Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  • Conceptualize and build beautiful brand experiences that push the Tribe brand identity into the future across various content development and distribution channels.
  • Brainstorm creative ideas with the marketing and sales team.
  • Test and improving the design of the website, landing pages, and social marketing assets.
  • Maintain the appearance of websites and social channels by enforcing content standards.
  • Create multiple design prototypes for A/B or multivariate testing.
  • Design visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding.
  • Work with different content management systems.
  • Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes. Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
  • Be data-driven when it comes to design and converting quantitative and qualitative data into design deliverables, including optimized landing pages and user funnels.
  • Create assets for all digital mediums from campaigns to storyboards and prototypes.
  • Balance the workload of multiple projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to present compelling, immersive stories.
  • Work with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance, record learnings, and iterate future ad assets accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience working as a Brand Designer or in a related field
  • Expertise in designing for web and mobile
  • Mastery of design and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud)
