Overview:
This is a REMOTE position.
The Employment Branding Specialist will work cross-functionally with Mercy's Talent Selection team to attract top talent and promote branding efforts. This position supports the launch of key employment branding initiatives and projects such as an optimized career website, social media coordination (both paid and organic) and email nurturing.
As part of the Talent Selection-Employment Branding team, the Employment Brand Specialist will help innovate how Mercy communicates to potential and existing co-workers - assisting in the promotion of Mercy's employer brand and workplace culture across social media channels in addition to analyzing data across various digital entities including social media, job sites and our career website.
Qualifications:
- Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, analytics, marketing or related fields
- Other:
- Ability to work full time (40 hours per week)
- Passion for cross-platform content creation and writing
- Demonstrated a strong ability to work with others in a hybrid team environment
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical capabilities
- Understanding of digital media channels and content distribution
- Experience with social media campaigns, real-time engagement and review management
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote)
- Experience with CMS (WordPress or Similar)
- Experience with Google and/or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Experience with mobile and/or desktop video editing software (Adobe Premiere) preferred but not required
