We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and manage the first stage of your recruiting process. Associate Recruiter responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media, and enjoy learning about different roles, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees.
Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Consult with business leaders and management on critical talent gaps and drive an effective and efficient talent strategy for assigned requisitions in support of the business.
- Network, source and build a talent pipeline to ultimately attract the highest-skilled professionals.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques and websites (e.g. Boolean search)
- Screen, evaluate, and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies.
- Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired
- Promote a referral program to assist in increasing the candidate pipeline.
- Communicate with past applicants regarding the status on their interview/application process and/or regarding new job opportunities
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Proven successful experience with recruiting passive candidates
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- 3+ years recruitment of marketing automation team members or in an agency environment
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Effective time-management abilities
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
