As a member of the IAM ULX(Universal Login Experience)/Branding team at Customer Identity you will:
As a member of the IAM ULX(Universal Login Experience)/Branding team at Customer Identity you will:
- Be a part of a fast-paced, agile team interfacing with stakeholders such as design and product on a daily basis.
- Build best-in-class UX for our customers.
- Design and develop features on brand new UI experiences, and APIs, and redesign our current products
- Collaborate with the support team as the last level of escalation for tickets.
- Participate in our on-call rotations for troubleshooting production issues.
- Be a strong independent contributor.
- Participate in and help improve the team’s agile process.
- Build and maintain integrations with dozens of enterprise and social identity providers.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers to grow them as technical leads.
You are a good fit for this role if you:
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Have 5-10 years of software development experience.
- Strong HTML & CSS skills and CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies to perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Have strong experience using React, Typescript, and Javascript
- Be familiar with NodeJS, Deno, Bun or any other JS based runtime
- Functional knowledge & interest in developing genuinely accessible interfaces
- Have an active role on API development, collaborating with backend folks to define interfaces. even coding some API endpoints.
- Lead and delivered large-scale features to customers.
- Bring the right attitude to the team: ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and customer focus.
- Enjoy being part of a highly collaborative, fully-remote team.
- Have a passion for working on systems that are highly reliable, scalable, and secure.
Bonus Points If You
- Have 1+ years of experience in the identity and access management (IAM) domain.
- Have experience with cloud infrastructure from vendors such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Have experience contributing to open-source software.
