Palladian Partners is a growing, full-service strategic health communications and marketing firm, serving federal health agencies and leading nongovernmental organizations. Join us as Project Manager, and you'll play a central role in ushering in the firm's next chapter of growth and success. We are looking for a Project Manager who is a self-starter and strategic thinker to support public health communications programs and participant experience and marketing communications campaigns focused on communicating health research to the public.

Palladian Partners is located in Silver Spring, Maryland. This position can be remote, and the candidate can be based anywhere in the continental US.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is an innovative professional with experience leading project teams that drive outreach and engagement. The candidate should have a solid understanding of strategic communication and marketing planning and multi-channel execution. This person will be responsible for working with clients and as part of an integrated project team with federal and non-government partners to conduct needs assessment, gap analysis, planning and execution of communication and marketing projects. To be successful in the role, the candidate must have robust attention to detail, ability to manage, track and report on progress of multiple deliverables ensuring requirements are met and delivered on time, and an ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and teammates.

Here's what you'll be doing

• Work with clients to define overall health communications and marketing strategy and project objectives
• Use data and research to lead collaboration among all project partners to develop and execute deliverables and make improvements
• Develop innovative communications strategies informed by analytics and audience research across web, social media, enewsletters, media outreach and other platforms
• Lead and collaborate with project partners and team members to identify client needs, generate innovative solutions and forward-thinking ideas to engage with target audiences and enhance participant experience
• Coordinate content strategy, social media, graphic design, web development, and editorial staff to establish workflows, timelines, and budget estimates
• Monitor and report on project resources, budget, deliverables, and deadlines
• Oversee, review, and provide feedback on the work of team members to ensure the high quality
• Provide professional client interface, and ensure responsiveness to client requirements and concerns
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6-8 years of work experience and a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of project management and planning experience, including proposing and implementing communications strategies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborative team player who works well as a manager and member of a Matrix environment
• Comfort with learning and using new tools and technologies
• Flexible-willing to do the nitty-gritty work required to make a project successful
• Positive-ability to collaborate with and promote a positive relationship between colleagues, partners, and clients

You'll earn bonus points if you have

• Call center, customer service and/or participant support experience
• Experience leading call calibrations
• Health, data, science, or research communications experience
• Experience using and advising team members on the use of tools including CxOne and Medallia
• Experience working with federal or state government clients
• Experience working in a communication agency or professional services environment
• Spanish language skills
