Job Summary
In the role of Senior Accountant, you will assist in the preparation and consolidation of OUS (Outside United States) financial statements, the reconciliations of accounts, and the analysis of cash flow. You will also support budgets and forecasts, audits, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support the OUS month end close process, including assistance and preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and preparation of the monthly reporting package
- Support operational accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory
- Monthly balance sheet, P&L preparation, reviews, analysis and reporting
- Responsible for accurate reporting of financial transactions including but not limited to inventory, cash, fixed assets, accruals and other keys accounts
- Assist with the compilation and support requests for external audits including statutory audits
- Assist in the contribute to the development of new or amended accounting procedures
- Assist in the compilation of monthly variances for finance for trends, budgeting and forecasting. Analyze account trends and review accounts for errors, completing adjustments when needed
- Assist in the preparation and completion of ad hoc management reporting
- Perform other duties as required
