What we are expecting from you (i.e., the qualifications you must have):

• Developing project management standards, ensuring project management procedures are followed, and completing project documents
• Overseeing, coordinating, and monitoring IT systems development and testing efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as planned
• Experience with Microsoft Project software
• Preparing formal written technical content for the development, implementation, and management of projects
• Formal training in project management methodologies
• Delivering well-organized briefings or presentations on all aspects of a project to clients and management officials
• Analyzing technical and business processes in assigned areas of responsibility, identifying opportunities for improvement, generating and evaluating alternatives, and making recommendations to management
• Configuring and overseeing the installation of required project management tools and technologies
• Formal training in technical writing (Examples of technical writing skills include development of project plans, functional requirements, definition of required resources, and project schedules and milestones)
