This is a remote role and can be in any US city.
E2open is a leading provider of cloud-based, on-demand
software solutions enabling enterprises to procure, manufacture, sell, and
distribute products more efficiently through collaborative execution across
global trading networks. Brand owners use E2open solutions to gain visibility
into and control over their trading networks through the real-time information,
integrated business processes, and advanced analytics that E2open provides.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead e2open’s B2B e-Commerce website efforts with ongoing
management and optimization of the e2open Marketplace site
Implement a website experience, including product search,
ordering, online promotions, and member services
Ensure all aspects of the site, its contents are maintained
and up to date all times
Collect, maintain, and distribute regular reporting and
measure optimization KPIs
Manage e-Commerce project timelines and collaborate with
internal departments
Manage, implement, track and measure e-Commerce email
campaigns
Recommend data-driven website enhancements aimed at driving
revenue
Engage with agency partners and internal teams on digital
efforts
Maintain site navigation and upgrades
Contribute to site performance with a focus on driving
conversion and sales
Deliver regular reports of e-Commerce performance
Stay up to date on current trends in e-Commerce and digital
marketing
Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
3+ years’ progressive experience planning, coordinating, and
delivering successful B2B e-Commerce and marketing programs
Intermediate skills in PHP, JavaScript is a must
BS/BA in Business, Marketing, other related field, or
equivalent work experience
Thorough understanding of B2B eCommerce and digital
marketing
Experience in user experience, Wordpress and WooCommerce
Understanding of KPIs, data analysis and reporting
Experience building plans and strategies for customer
audiences
Understanding of SEO and SEM best-practices a plus
Project management experience and the ability to keep teams
on track to deliverables
Ability to remain flexible in an ever-changing environment
with great time management skills
Strong desire to contribute to a team with a relentless
pursuit to win
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
General office environment and responsibilities requiring:
Extensive use of the computer which involves viewing a
monitor and keyboarding for most of the workday
Placing and receiving phone calls
Occasionally moving and lifting objects up to 20 pounds
Requires <5% of travel
