We are looking for a dynamic senior technical recruiter to join our collaborative team! Someone who can hit the ground running and bring candidate relationships to the table.

As the Technical Sourcer/Recruiter, you will:
- Conduct Full Lifecyle recruiting within the Intel/MPO industry for full scope polygraph cleared openings.
- Administer and execute recruitment processes throughout the company to hire for current openings and proactively develop pipeline for future talent.
- Understand business needs to identify, develop, and execute recruiting strategy to hire and retain top talent.
- Develop strategic business relations with key stakeholders to include hiring managers, customers, and human resources counterparts.
- Utilize social media to network with relevant user groups to recruit talent.
- Actively source qualified candidates through various job boards, social media, cold-calling, research, and other recruiting methods.
- Upload resumes into resume database (JobScore) and keep meticulous records of candidate status and workflow
- Support proposals by recruiting key personnel, formatting resumes, and obtaining letters of commitment from contingent hires
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring manger(s).
- Attend job fairs throughout the year and represent our company both in person and online in a professional manner.
What we are expecting from you:
- 4+ years in technical sourcing and/or recruiting experience
- Metrics minded, employing high volume sourcing and outreach strategy in a highly competitive market
- Experience within the Intel/MPO industry and full scope polygraph recruiting
- Experience with proposal recruiting
- Extensive network and experience using LinkedIn, Clearancejobs, Dice, and other job boards
- Ability to use independent judgement, creatively think of ways to source candidates, and knowledge of employment market trends
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work in a virtual and autonomous environment - this is a fully remote opportunity!
- BS in a related field
- Due to the nature of our Federal Contracts, US Citizenship is required.

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, and organizational requirements.
The proposed salary range for this remote position in Colorado & New York (including New York City) is $105,000 - $120,000 (annualized USD) + commission
