What we're looking for:

The Account Executive role on the Mid-Market Sales team sells to mid-size opportunities within Arcadia's Enterprise clients. Our path to success involves signing/enrolling new companies to our platform for our account management to grow. We collaborate within our team and other departments in the organization to educate prospects on the platform. We are here to generate revenue, educate the world on energy management, and grow our staff through a phenomenal sales career.

Arcadia is headquartered in Washington, DC, and open to fully remote candidates.

What you'll do:

  • Develop a go to market strategy for a set of named accounts
  • Sell and grow customers as well as prospecting for new business
  • Negotiate a sophisticated sales process with mid-level as well as executive buyers
  • Quantify value in the form of a return on investment or Business Case
  • Manage timely revenue through a repeatable process (sequence of events or action plan)
  • Serve as the virtual CEO to rally internal team members to serve emerging opportunities
  • Close business in a predictable manner using MEDDIC sales methodology
  • Quota - 600K

What will help you succeed:

Must-haves:

  • 2-3 years+ Enterprise selling experience
  • Strong verbal, written, and analytics skills
  • Highly passionate self-starter that's willing to develop and work a territory plan and take on the market creatively
  • The ability to work with marketing and SDR inside sales to plan and complete appointments
  • Experience developing and delivering ROI and or Business Value Assessment
  • Experience with one of the following sales methodologies: MEDDIC, Power Base Selling, Force Management, Solution Selling, Challenger Sale, Miller Heiman, and/or Sandler
  • Prospecting skills and experience with LinkedIn, Vito, Email, Phone processes
  • Experience working with Salesforce or another comparable enterprise CRM
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior level (economic buyers)
  • Representing opportunities to the company with an account plan to drive consensus
  • Be able articulate a repeatable process for selling

Target Annual Compensation Range for this role will be $85,000 to $145,000. There will also be a competitive benefits and equity (bonus if applicable) component to the package. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills, experience, and location of the qualified candidate.
