But we need you. Our platform works really well, but we need you to come in and punch it up to the next level. You’ll be working with some been-there-done-that product and engineering talent. - You must have a portfolio.
- Your portfolio must include SaaS platform work for large companies or well-funded startups (i.e. you’ve made stuff used by lots of people)
- Please do not apply if your experience is confined to websites or single-page apps.
On day one, you’ll be able to tell friends and family your creations have been adopted by large clients such as Walmart, Brinker (Chili’s), Vetco, US Foods, Six Flags, Cracker Barrel and more.
Your Role
- Create user flows, prototypes, and visually stunning high-end deliverables
- Improve existing interfaces but also start new features from scratch
- Be highly empathetic toward user needs and frustrations
- Find ways to improve the existing application
- Drive design best practices and methodologies
- Partner with Product to define product strategy
Your Profile
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital Product Design (UX/UI)
- Experience designing Enterprise SaaS tools a huge +
- Experience with Figma & HTML
- Github and Javascript experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Apply user-centered design skills and knowledge to create impactful digital solutions to solve unique user centered design problems.
- Execute through visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to Engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create Hi-def designs, wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Enhance design systems, create UI patterns, work with front-end developers, and champion their consistent implementation.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Keep the design system up to date through Figma.
- Apply user-centered design skills and knowledge to create impactful digital solutions to solve unique user centered design problems.
- Propensity to think empathetically, challenge mobile-first design for complex web applications, and decipher the needs of each screen.
- Rapid Prototyping skills.
